DMCA

At TrendiTex we respect the rights of creators. We work to make sure content on our site does not infringe the copyright of others, and we take complaints seriously when they do arise.

If you believe material on TrendiTex infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice and we will review it promptly. This page explains how to do that and what happens next.

How to File a Complaint

Send your copyright complaint by email to kazi@trenditex.com.

Please use a clear subject line such as "Copyright Complaint" or "DMCA Notice" so we can identify it quickly.

What to Include in Your Notice

To help us review your request quickly, please include: a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, a description or link to the material on TrendiTex you believe is infringing, your contact information so we can reach you, a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

You should also include your full legal name and an electronic or physical signature.

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

We will review your notice and verify the information provided.

If we find that a complaint is valid, we may remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also contact the person who posted the material if applicable.

We will do our best to respond by email and let you know what action we have taken.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address: kazi@trenditex.com.

Please include a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal, a statement that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to a mistake, and your contact information and consent to be contacted about the matter.

We will review counter-notices and respond appropriately, which may include restoring material if warranted.
